Amanda Desjardins, M.S., BCBA, SLPA
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Amanda brings over 5 years of experience in the field of ABA working with individuals on the autism spectrum from 2-18 years old. As the founder and lead clinician, she prepares diagnostic assessments using a variety of standardized tools, prepares detailed clinical reports, and collaborates closely with other clinicians. In addition to being a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and a certified examiner, she brings a speech-language pathology background as an SLP-A to compliment her skillset. Amanda is bilingual (English and Spanish). Amanda is passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care to guide others into reaching their full potential.
Amanda received her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
During her free time, Amanda enjoys playing racquet sports and spending time with her husband and three cats-- Petra, Pierre, and Lucky Paul.
Nandini Patel, M.A., BCBA
Clinical Outreach Specialist
Nandini is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who has been in the field of ABA for over 4 years and specializes in early intervention for those on the autism spectrum aged 2-10 years old. As the Clinical Outreach Specialist, she assists in expanding access to high-quality diagnostic services by building meaningful connections with families, providers, and community partners. She is deeply passionate about supporting families and empowering them with practical, compassionate, and evidence-based strategies, while celebrating each child’s unique strengths.
Nandini received her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.
During her free time, Nandini enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
